Sorry about the sound quality, I had to tone it down for it to fit. Hope you like!
EDIT: Ok, so after looking at it I've decided to re-export w/ better quality. I'll have the link up soon.

Well, you definitely need to work on your VO (voice over) work heh. Try writing down everything you plan on saying first, then recording it.
Also, it's a really small window size. Could you maybe make it a larger format? It's incredibly hard to see when it's 300x200.

nice tut, but as already said try using a bigger window.
I've got the latest camtasia lying here if you want it. It can record up to 1600x1280 resolutions so you can make it larger

Depends on how big the original is

Well, let me know how large it is and maybe I could host it here. It would be nice to have something that's at least 800x600. Also, what software are you using? I've been looking for good screen recording software. Camtasia is Windows only...
Also, I noticed you were having a hard time selecting the text. If you double click on top of a word, it should select that word and if you triple click it should get the entire line.

And the original is about 2.5 gigs.
Oh, and thanks for the word selecting tip, it was being a bit laggy because it was recording.
LOL Nevermind, it's not 2.5 gigs. That was the DV version. LOL. OK, it's actually 257.7 megs. And it's 720 x 480.

If it's zipped, how are people going to watch it online?

Recrod your voice as you're going along, and don't make intros. Well, intros that are that long, at least.

I actually was recording my voice as I was doing it, but I had to do a little editing, so it may be little off. Sorry about the long intro.
