PhotoShop > Presets > Styles
Then open the blending options for the layer you want the style on. Click Styles on the very top of the menu. Click the (>) button and select the planetstyle.asl or if it's not there go to Load Style... I think that's right.

you can put it in any folder as long as you dont move it once its loaded i think....go to load styles...find where it is

Well, all the other styles are in that folder. It's nice to keep them all together.
