Alright, there are some guildlines. First and foremost, it must be written professionally and understandable by any user.

This means keep everything labeled and laid out nice. Write it as if you were explaining it to a child.

Layout:
Every step should be labeled in numerical or alphabetical order, or both. Keep it simple and don't use "slang". Use plenty of screen shots, usually one per step is fine, I.E. adding a specific filter. By all means, avoid using one giant image for the entire tutorial, there are immense draw backs to doing this. Please include the title at the top of the post using the [h1] tags. Last but not least, keep it clean. No profanity or pornographic material.

Providing Source Files:
You can upload your source files to Source File Host. Once you have uploaded it, copy the Forums/Message Board [BBCode] link and paste it into your post.

Special Request:
Please include a 40x40 thumbnail for the Tutorials page.
