Making an Infusion Part 1
Another huge tutorial:

1. Basic shape.
First lets make the blood bag:
Draw a rounded square like this using the Rounded square tool

Now lets make it look like a filled bag. Use the smudge tool to make some wrinkles.

2. The contents.
Time to fill the bag.
Use these blending options to make it look like it’s filled with blood.

It now should look something like this:

Now lets make it look even more realistic.
Select the bag by holding ctrl and clicking on the bag layer.
Now go to select, modify, border.
Add a 10 pixel border.
Fill the selection with white and apply the same options as with the bag.

It now should look like this:

3. Metallic grommet.
Time to finish the bag.
Create a circle somewhere in the top middle of the bag using the round selection tool and holding Shift (to make a perfect circle).
First use this circle to make a hole in the bag.
Than make a new layer and fill the circle with white, and while still having the circle selected go to select, modify, contract and contract by 5 pixels.
Now deselect the circle and apply theses blending options:

It shoud end up like this:

Next time we’ll be make the wires, and something to make the bag hang on to.

It should be a darker red, blood isn't that light or bright.

No offense but thats gotta be like.. the very worst looking wire things I've ever seen.

You should try to use some of those other 350 programs you claim to use to make it look less like crap.

Nice bag though Smiley

I like this idea, it's very creative. I like the colours you used. The two reds blend nicely and it's easy on the eyes at the same time.
